Thank you for your interest in our services. We value your privacy and are committed to protecting it. This document outlines our privacy practices, including how we collect and use your information when you visit our website and engage with our services. Please read these terms and conditions carefully. By accessing this website, and any of its pages, you agree that you are bound by the terms and conditions of use as they may be amended from time to time. If you do not accept all of these terms and conditions, please do not use this website or related platforms.
Facility Features/Pricing
Features and amenities vary by location. You should contact individual locations to confirm features at a particular facility. Prices and selection of the services generally match our retail prices and selection but may vary. Prices and offers are subject to change. Pricing, offers and discounts are subject to the terms of such offers and are available to new customers only and not for existing customers transferring units. All specials displayed or otherwise advertised are based upon unit availability, unit size, and any other additional terms provided in the offer. Other restrictions may apply including taxes and additional fees.
Unit Information
Unit sizes are approximate; actual unit sizes may vary from the size listed. Please examine your unit before signing the lease agreement.
Reservations
A reservation is not a rental agreement. A reservation holds your selected unit type for you, for a maximum of ten (10) days. However, management reserves the right to cancel your reservation, or make a unit substitution based on availability, at any time before you sign a lease agreement and rent a unit. We encourage you to rent a unit online, as demand for storage units is particularly high.
Promotions and Offers
All promotions, specials, and offers are for first-time renters only and are based upon unit availability. Please contact the facility directly to confirm the availability of a particular promotion, special, or offer. Promotions, specials, and offers cannot be combined.
All promotions, specials, and offers are subject to the standard fees for rentals, such as the protection plan fee if applicable. Therefore, additional fees will apply if a new customer utilizes a promotion, including the month(s) free on any other promotions.
All pricing (standard rates as well as promotions, specials, and offers) is subject to change or termination without notice. Online pricing may be lower.
Refunds
All rental transactions are final. If you rent a storage unit/space, you are not entitled to a refund for any unused portion of the rental period for which you have paid. Refunds will be given for any prepaid rental periods. Customers may rent on a monthly basis. The rental period begins on the date the lease is signed and continues through the rental period, which is typically 30 days. If your account is overcharged due to an error, any verified discrepancy will be refunded once we are notified.
For merchandise sales we do not except refunds. All sales are final.
Communication
By providing your mobile telephone number through the Site, including through the Chat Feature, any inquiry form, or reservation process, you consent to receive text messages (SMS or MMS) from us relating to your inquiry, reservation, or use of our storage service, including promotional and marketing communications. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency may vary.
You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying “STOP” to any message you receive from us. mystorage Centers is not responsible for any charges imposed by your mobile carrier in connection with text messages sent by us. You are responsible for all charges from your wireless provider.
Auto Pay
Online enrollment in auto pay constitutes an electronic signature, which has the same effect as a handwritten signature on a paper contract. Enrollment in auto pay authorizes mystorage to automatically charge your credit card or debit card, or debit your bank account, monthly, for the amount due on your bill. The amount debited will automatically increase or decrease as rental rates change, in accordance with your Rental Agreement.
To cancel your auto pay, please log in to your online account and cancel. It is your responsibility to cancel your account should you no longer wish for us to automatically charge your account. Vacated units will automatically be canceled.
If there is a change to your bank or card information, including the expiration date, you must sign in to your online account to update your auto pay information.
mystorage is not liable for erroneous bill statements or incorrect debits or charges. However, if notified of a billing error, we will correct it.
If an auto pay payment is rejected, refused, returned, disputed, or reversed by your financial institution or card issuer for any reason, mystorage may charge you a returned payment fee and/or late payment fee, and cancel your auto pay enrollment. mystorage will attempt to make a courtesy call to arrange another payment method/arrangement. However, if payment is not made, you will be subject to the lien enforcement procedures stated in your Rental Agreement.
Protection Plan
Your stored items are not covered by mystorage’s insurance. mystorage offers Protection Plans so your stored items will be covered under certain circumstances. Your belongings are important to mystorage, so participation in our protection program or providing proof of coverage for your stored items is mandatory at time of rental.

The mystorage website may link to third party websites that mystorage does not control. We make no representations or warranties about such third-party sites, nor do we endorse such sites or their content.
